If on your phone, press CallMe-Android. Then go to your downloads and install the app by clicking on the apk.

On Windows, press CallMe-PC Public Beta, then go to you downloads then extract the .zip file, then click CallMe Chat App.exe

Though connecting is connected to a private server. It will be changed in a software update.
